Jonathan is a truly effective non-executive Director. He provides subject matter expertise to the Board that enables effective decision making. The breadth and depth of his knowledge in regard to technology is impressive and he has helped steer the development of products that are fit for purpose, are not over-engineered but are flexible and agile enough to meet future, yet currently unknown, requirements. He is a skilled communicator who is a clear thinker. He is also a great mentor for members of the operational team whilst being aware he is not operational. I would strongly recommended Jonathan to any organisation, he would be an asset.
