Dr. Te-Lu Yap, Adjunct Assistant Professor of KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore.Dr.Yap is a general pediatric surgeon with special interest in Pediatric Urology. After completion of speciality training in Singapore, she was HMDP fellow at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada under the guidance of prominent pediatric surgeon, Professor Tonh Khoury. She has a strong commitment to evidence-based improvement in surgical management of children and training of junior doctors and nurses.Dr Yap’s sub-speciality interests include Pediatric Urology and Neonatology Teaching.Awards:Service From the Heart Award (Gold) 2002;National Excellent Service Award, 2003;Excellence Service Award (Gold), 2004;Excellence Service Award (Star), 2005;Excellence Service Award (Star), 2008;Service From the Heart, 2006, 2007 and 2009, 2010.
