Biologist, master in biotechnology and PhD in pharmacology. Post-doctorate at Ribeirão Preto Medical School, with traineeship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center-Harvard Medical School. She was awarded the Loreal / ABC / UNESCO Prize "For Women in Science" and the Prize promoted by Sanofi: Medical Services. He has published more than 100 articles in international journals. She develops research related to the study of preeclampsia, including biomarkers, prevention methods and therapies.
