男，1978年生，湖北孝昌人，博士生导师，教授（三级），校学术委员会委员，地理信息科学方向负责人，科睿唯安全球高被引学者、（2022-2024）爱思唯尔中国高被引学者、兴辽英才计划科技领军人才、2022-2024斯坦福大学全球前2%高被引科学家、辽宁省百千万人才百人层次，中国国土经济学会理事，辽宁省环境计算与可持续发展重点实验室副主任，、辽宁省地理学会常务理事、大连市自然资源局规划委员会专家。主要从事土地利用变化模拟，城市气候与人居环境管理研究，担任Human Settlements and Sustainability 创刊主编，International Journal of Environmental Science and Technology and Urban Transformations副主编，PLOS Climate等8个英文期刊编委，已在Cell Reports Sustainability、Nature Communications、Sustainable Cities and Society、npj Urban Sustainability和地理学报等刊物上发表论文280余篇，其中SCI、SSCI、EI检索140余篇，ESI-Highly Cited Paper 30余篇，ESI研究前沿（Research Front）核心论文20篇， Hot Paper论文16篇，获得辽宁省哲学社会科学2等奖、辽宁省研究生教学成果1等奖，辽宁省教学成果2等奖、辽宁省教学成果3等奖、大连市社会科学进步1等奖等10余项，出版专著3部，参编专著7部，主持并参加国家自然科学基金、国家支撑计划专题、教育部、大连市国土资源和房屋局等项目40余项。Google 学术：H指数 48，H10指数128引用8400余次，Scopus（2022-2026）T.545· In Topic Cluster Urban Heat Management and Thermal Comfort Solutions-Urban Heat Island Dynamics and Land Surface Temperature引用全球排名第1，论文数量全球第1，辽宁师范大学工程学ESI 1%主要贡献者。
