I recently lead a $25M strategic corporate program designed to enable a pharmaceutical manufacturing company to achieve international compliance. Prior to that, as Director of Integrated Business Planning, I ensured that Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) was consistently executed in line with business objectives resulting in Operational Excellence. My experience was extended to others through my speaking engagement at a conference in 2016 on the subject of symptoms of ineffectiveness and 8 keys to improving S&OP.
For 12 years in IT, I managed budget, defined strategy, implemented organizational structure, policies, and systems, while leading teams, projects, and operational support as a Senior Manager, Project Manager, and Analyst.
