一、个人简介
李培博士，浙江大学长聘副教授（博导），国家级人才计划青年学者。2008年于中国人民大学获得经济学博士学位，先后在新加坡国立大学商学院担任研究员，厦门大学经济学院担任副教授。研究主要聚焦在大国治理下的央地关系，在《经济研究》、AEJ等刊物发表论文30余篇，入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者，获省部级科研奖励多次。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家高端智库重点研究课题、财政部委托课题等科研课题多项。主笔咨政报告获副国级及以上领导批示20余次；现为China & World Economy副主编，担任Nature正刊审稿人、自科重点等项目评审人。
