Yu-Jung Huang Yu-JungHuangreceivedtheB.S.degreeinmaterialscienceandengineeringfromNationalTsingHuaUniversity,Hsinchu,Taiwan,in1981andtheM.S.andPh.D.degreesinelectricalengineeringfromtheUniversityofMaryland,CollegePark,in1985and1988,respectively.From1988to1990,hewaswithBrimroseofAmerica,Baltimore,MD,asaStaffScientistfordevelopinganinfraredsystem.From1990to1992,hewasaSystemEngineerwithIntegratedMicrocomputerSystemInc.,Dayton,OH,whereheworkedinthefieldofsystemdesignautomation.InAugust1992,hejoinedtheDepartmentofElectronicEngineering,I-ShouUniversity,Kaohsiung,Taiwan,whereheiscurrentlyaProfessor.Dr.HuangalsoservedastheExecutiveSecretaryofSurfaceMountingTechnologyAssociation,TaiwanChapter.Hiscurrentresearchinterestsaremainlyintheareasof3DICintegration,system-in-package,system-on-chipdesign.
